3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pk22 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and reversal of all winnings derived from such accounts.

You agree to cooperate with all such verification requests promptly.
3.5 pk22 may refuse to accept a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 pk22 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 via mobile wallet methods. Deposit limits may vary by payment method.
4.2 Funds deposited to pk22 are credited for the sole purpose of betting and casino wagering on the Platform. pk22 does not act as a banking institution and deposit funds do not accrue interest.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified bank account in the Player's name. pk22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 pk22 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary by payment method. pk22 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
4.5 pk22 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.1 pk22 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded on pk22 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution percentages, and time limits applicable to each offer are detailed in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome offers through any means constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
5.4 pk22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds that are suspected to have been obtained through abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5.5 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your pk22 wallet. Bonus funds are used first by default where applicable. Any unused bonus funds remaining after the expiry of the offer period will be removed from the account without compensation.
6.1 All bets placed on pk22 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These game-specific rules are published within the respective sections of the pk22 Platform.
6.2 pk22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, where odds were published in error, or where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
6.3 In the event of a manifest error in odds pricing or casino game outcomes, pk22 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to player accounts. pk22 is not obligated to honour winnings derived from a manifest error.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on pk22. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change at pk22's discretion, including the application of individual account limits.
7.1 pk22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools available to all account holders, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, temporary account cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
7.2 Players who wish to activate any responsible gaming control may do so from their pk22 account settings or by contacting pk22 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.
7.3 pk22 operates strict under-age gambling prevention measures. If pk22 suspects or receives notice that a registered user may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. All transactions made by a confirmed underage user will be reversed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk22 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 No part of the pk22 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pk22.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
10.2 pk22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect availability. pk22 accepts no liability for losses sustained during periods of service interruption.
10.3 pk22's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to pk22 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 pk22 may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, pk22 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals, void outstanding bets, and forfeit bonus balances. Real-money balances that remain after applicable deductions will be returned to the player through the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
11.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their pk22 account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding bets placed prior to closure will be settled according to normal rules.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk22 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pk22 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
